ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Emily and I’m a 37 year old Mum of 3 who developed a passion for health and fitness back about 7 years ago. I've been on my own journey since then, which I blog over on Instagram @em.ley.fitness

I've learnt a lot over these years, from personal experience, educating myself and have also gained my level 2 fitness instructor & level 3 personal training qualification.

I discovered a huge love for weight training about 5 years ago and have taught myself how to lift weights and achieve results that have changed my mindset and my physique. I've learnt a lot about nutrition and how to live a balanced lifestyle without restriction.

I want to pass on my passion, experience and love for fitness to other women, so they can also learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, still enjoy lots of delicious food and feel good about themselves, with the added benefit of changing their physique too.

Whatever your goals might be, I'd love to support you through your fitness journey by being your online coach and providing you with all the tools and knowledge needed to get you to where you want to be.
